Either a short, blown bulb or the signal flasher (typically under the dash) is bad..
Best regards

The relay is built into the hazard switch (it controls hazards and signal lights). Signals can fail even if hazards work but the hazards will fail eventually. You need a new hazard switch - get one for about $40 at a dealer and install it and you'll be set.

What would cause the right blinker light on the dash stay on but only when the headlights are on and blinker still blinks on my 2001 Pontiac trans am ws6 ?

That would be caused by a bad ground connection to either the front or rear parking/turn (probably rear) signal bulb socket. When the ground is bad, the parking light filament with find a ground through the blinker filament, then through the turn signal indicator, keeping it turned on. I have seen this on many cars over the years. Hope this helps, good luck.

I have a 1993 ford tauras GL ,and my blinkers work sometimes but most of the time they dont . what do you think is wrong with them?

Check the fuse first.....pull out and check for corrosion and replace. Second, there is a light blinker relay under the dash. Check that, pull out and check for corrosion... buy another as they are cheap. found at all auto part stores. If that does not solve the problem, you probably have an intermitant turn signal switch....start out with the cheap stuff first... Hope this helps....leave feedback if it does to help others...Thanks.

check the relay and blown out bulbs will cause the lights to blink fast or some to stay on. one bad bulb will cause the problems.

chevrolet had problems with defective instrument clusters from 1999 - 2006 but, have your alternater checked sometimes that can cause your gauges to flipout if is intermitently going out.

Lights dim and radio and A/C turn off together for about 5 second

Your issues has more than one cause. The shifting into 2nd and 1st are separate to the radio & A/C. The blinker circuit is ALSO separate to the radio and A/C. The electrical system needs to be diagnosed, starting with the battery & charging system... Then look for any bad gound circuits/cables... starting with the battery, then chassis, then any individual power components (TCM, A/C, Lights, blinkers, A/C blower motor & controls, etc.)

Blinker intermitant

May be a loose bulb, or a loose contact in the switch.
