Question about 2008 Toyota Camry
There is no way to power on just water. You can use water though. If you take the hydogen out of water. Then use it in a fuel cell you can take the oxygen out of the air and then run an electric motor from the electrolysis of combining hydrogen with oxygen - it gives off water and one volt per cell. I know you probobly wont believe me, but I called GM in 1990 to put them in cars. I ahve the documentation and th eproof of faxes sent. I didnt invet the thing, but I stole it grom an old bood on the space sciences. Fuel cells were used on the rockets in the 60's. When I called GM - I told them of two problems. The tank could explode in a wreck and the hydrogen might be a problem in getting. I came up with a self sustaining fuel system later though which liberates hydrogen at your home while you are off and about town ad is there when you get home again. Good Luck.

A local college automotive technical department built one of those devices from the instructions, and installed it on a 90 something Buick, and the end result was a loss of 2mpg,possible long term damage to the catalytic convertor in the exhaust system, and O2 sensor damage, also in the exhaust. They said that they really wished someone would build a device that could vastly improve fuel mileage, but this wasn't it.
