You need to change your front brake calibers, they are not retracting as they should when you leave off the brakes.Yes get both sides if you dont the other will go shotly after and 2 new one will have better calibration and grab better

You have too much fluid in the transmission. Park on level ground. After a 15 min drive. Leave engine running. Set parking brake. Transmssion in neutral. Check tranny fluid. A cup or more over will cause this. Better to have less than too much. Drain at least a full 1 leter bottle. Go for drive check it again. As above.

03cts manual the brakes feel like thier grabbing all tlme and on a hill the car doesn't roll backward in neutral

you have a stucked brakes, possible cause is clogged flexible brake hose, to find, compare temp of each wheel after running, the stucked brake would be hottest. check and replace, sometimes the bracket that holds the hose become rusted and compresses the hose, if so just remove rust on the bracket and problem solved. if not, replace hose.

il tell you "exactly" what the problem is,,,the gearbox it very low on oil,,,,if there is any left in it that is??? check the auto gearbox "dip stick" then top it up to just under the full mark start the engine and run through all the fears with the brakes held on you dont need to drive the car yet,,,,when the motor is hot check the gearbox dip stick again top up if needs be,,
now try it up the road,,,,i bet it drive's just fine now!

Assuming your park brake is off, yes, the brakes might be locked up, and you were smelling burning clutch.
