Question about 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager
The pcm (powertrain control module) monitors and controls all engine sensors. it also controls many other things including fuel pump, evap system, and tire monitors. its pretty much the heart of the whole car. all other modules like the TCM (transmission control module) and bcm(body control module) run through the pcm

it depends on what vehicle it came off of. if it is off of the same vehicle you should be set but if it is off of a different vehicle it may not register with the ecm then you wil have to do a pcm relearn. but it should be really simple.
