I changed the heater core and had the dash all the way out and now I don't have turn signals or hazards

Checking fuses is good. Did you check voltage at fuse circuit? Use a testlite. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on.
If you want a wiring diagram, I need year--make--model?

Turn signals dont work.but the hazards wirk.on a 04 aztek

the Hazards and blinkers are usually on different circuits. gotta start at the basics work your way through the system. Check your fuse panel, might as well check all your fuses and replace all blown fuses. if you don't find a blown fuse then I would check the bulbs, if they are the same bulds as the Hazards then you know there good. then I would check for power at the Multiswitch ,the multiswitch is the blinker, cruise control, wiper switch usually on the left side of the steering wheel. if you have power at the switch then replace the multiswitch.

No lights 1986 nissan

Check fuses, check light switch and relays. This sounds like a no power issue so check fuses first. The light switch turns on or activatves relays which the power or voltabe to the lights .

How do i fix my blinkers on my 1971 f100 ford ?

There is a flasher unit for the turn signals, separate from the hazard flasher, that is under the dash. If the fuse for the turns is good, and you already know the bulbs are good since the hazards work, then you may have a bad turn signal switch.
When you use the turn switch, do the bulbs come on and stay on, or nothing? If they come on and don't blink, then it's probably a bad turn flasher unit. If they don't come on at all, suspect a bad turn signal switch. But first check the fuses, then pull off the connector to the turn switch and see if you have one hot wire there, with key on. That one hot wire will be from the fuse.

I was changing my alternator, but i forgot to disconnect the battery ground and the alternator cable touched the motor and sparks flew. when i placed the alternator back it didnt charge. i checked the...

those were most likely hte fuses or systems that were shorted out when you touched the power (hot side) to the engine. check the fuses and replace the sensor that is reported to be faulty. if this does not fix your problem then the transmission module may be damaged. Since most systems are grounded to the engine this task will not be easy to find.

However starting at the fuse box in the cab is the best bet.
