My ac unit was working just fine then got where it was barely blowing on level 4 and then now today wont blow at all and even heat wont work no air will come out

Check the blower resistor block( that controls the speed and powers the fan blower ), u can locate it under the dash in the side of blower housing( usually u have to remove the glove compartment ). Check the continuity of the connection, if broken, u have to replace the whole resistor block.
Hope that helps u out!

Which fuse box has blower motor fuse on 2001 chev impala

There is a blower motor resistor located up under the passenger side dash. I believe there is actually 3 fuses that can cause problems with the blower....relays/fuses should be located in the engine compartment fuse block. They are High Blower fuse-HVAC fuse-Radio/HVAC/RFA/Cluster/etc...fuse. Hope this helps.

2001 accord fan will not work on 1 and 2 speed, works fine in 3 and 4

The fan resistor block has partially burned out leaving you without the lower speeds. It is located behind the glove box in the air plenum box. You will see a small rectangular connector with 5 wires held down with 2 screws. You will have to replace the block.

Blower resistor

In the manual I have it is shown to be located under the hood at the rear of the compartment on the firewall area where there are several rectangular openings. The block is hidden from view below the wiper module on the lower edge of one of those openings. It has a 5 wire plug on the cabin side of the the opening. If you don't find it, then I know in the 2001 model it was in the cabin, behind the glove box again with the resistors sticking thru the firewall where the air intake would cool them. I just don't know in what year the block was moved between '98 and '01
If you find it in the first location you use a couple of flat blade screwdrivers to release the block and pull it into the engine compartment. On the hidden side push on a spring tang on the driver's side narrow edge of the block and on the comparment side you will see a couple of etched lines on that same side showing where to put the tip of the other screwdriver to pry it forward into the compartment.
Get a replacement block and install making sure the resistors aren't touching one another. If you have trouble removing it I can send you a page that shows what I described above. PS Please let me know where you find the resistor block to be located. Use the 'thank and rate' tab to get back to me quickly without having to wait for me to be "available"

Heater only works on high

resistor block is located in the ducting somewhere close to the blower motor. They keep it there so that it alwys has air blowing across it, to keep from buring out too fast. Though as you may well know Chrysler never makes things easy and you may want to leave this one for a pro.

Heater Blower motor

Check the plug on resistor block for corrosion. If not corroded replace the resistor block. If it is corroded replace the block and get a new plug at the same time.

Hope this helps.

Heater Control Switch Only Works on High

Your problem is probably a part called the heater resistor block or board. When this part burns out you will only have high speed on the fan. On my 1999 voyager it is located on the firewall and it snaps in a hole in the firewall. This is under the hood behind the alternator.
Mine had a multi pin black plug plugged into it. Unplug the plug and
you should be able to pull the block out insert new block and plug plug back in and it should come to life.
