Most likely your tail light relay is sticking on. it should be in your fuse and relay box under your hood. i cant find a diagram of your relay box so i cant say which one it is. there is a picture on this site that might help you out. if it is sticking i would replace it. shouldnt be expencive

What you need to do is look at the brake pedal bar itself. Follow up from the pedal to the metal square that is on the pedal bar. It presses an electrical switch {brake light switch) that is pressed in by this tab. There is a hole that should be covered so the switch won't poke through. To fix, find a small nut and bolt to fit and tighten. If light are still on try replacing the brake light switch itself.
