Question about Chevrolet Cavalier
It is a pulley, and it pivots in ( or out in some models) to loosen belt, you may need a special wrench. You can ID the belt tensioner assy. by watching the belt when the engine is running, it is the one that moves quickly in and out as it holds tension on the belt.
