The old fuel could have clogged the fuel filter, pump, lines and/or injectors. I'm not sure about the code on your model but I believe it refers to the circuit that supplies power to keep your radio presets and clock set when the ignition is turned off.

Engine wont turn over

You have asked a question which cannot be answered without a LOT more information. Like what do you mean, won't turn over? By hand? or by starter? And if starter, have you checked all electrical start systems? Have you TRIED turning it over by hand?? You should have done that FIRST before you ever tried to start it.

If you care about the condition of the engine after 12 years, you have a lot MORE work to do than worry about whether it will crank over. I had the same situation last year with a car that had sat for 10 years, and I worked on it about 2 weeks (off and on) before I ever hit the starter. (Hint: you do NOT want to suck in 12-year old gas and 12-year old oil. Another hint, pull all the plugs and squirt light oil - Marvel Mystery Oil, drain ALL the gas, oil and coolant and replace.) Oh, and by the way, when I finally hit the starter, it fired right up. Now get to work and check back in 2 weeks.

Ran diagnostics and got trouble codes 12 and 32. Was wondering if this is one problem or two separate problems, and what would they most likely be? My service engine light comes on occasionally and it...

The code 12 is just letting you know that the diagnostic system is working. Code 32 is Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR)failure. Check the vacuum source and all vacuum lines. Check the system electrical connectors at the ECM and EGR valve. Replace EGR or ECM if neecessary.

Poor performance, hesitation, sluggish and shaking

Those are cylinder misfire codes. PO300 is random misfires (meaning 1+ cylinders misfired) and the other 2 codes are for cylinder #1 and 2. Did you change the ignition coils yet on 1 and 2?

Do you let the tank go to empty before refueling a lot?

93 eagle vision error code 51

the code 51 is your automatic shutdown relay control. and the crank position sensor is on the bellhousing behind the passenger side valve cover.
Have you replaced any relays? Let me know.

Check engine light

Even with low miles, the truck has some years on it. Is the gas old? If the truck seemed to run fine, I would clear the code and see if it came back. Sometimes these things are just a one-off occurrence. If it continues, I would make sure it isn't running on old gas (if the truck has been sitting a while), then check the spark plugs, and go with the usual tune-up items.
