If you replaced it with a factory radio i think you have to reprogram the key fobs with that radio with the radio off press and hold the display button for 6 or 7 seconds untill a menu screen comes up then scroll with the left seek button untill key fob screen shows up press and hold lock and unlock on the key fob at the same time and that should do it there should be some more detailed instructions in your owners manual
good luck

Radio display in 2008 chevy impala doesnt work ?

What usually happens is the battery is dead. You buy a new battery, then you need a radio code for it to work. Drive to the dealership with the car and get the code.

Pass lock problems now newbattery blew our NEW RADIO'S Receiver on 2001 IMpala WHY?

You have some sort of wiring issue most likely. The fact that it blew your receiver could mean that you have a short in a wire where the new radio was installed, and possibly a wire that is bare and grounding out against some of the metal components inside the dash. The only other this I have ever seen do that to a radio is if the antenna wire has somehow shorting out to the body of the car and grounding out the radio.

My girlfriend just had the same thing happen in her 01 Impala. New radio and 150 dollar radio wire harness. If you dont fix it, you'll keep draining the battery till it's broken too.

2001 Impala TPMS reset, radio and headlight options DONT WORK

CHEVY IMPALA &
MONTE CARLO

On a Chevy Impala or Monte Carlo with indirect TPMS, a totally different reset procedure is required. You can use the light switch or radio to reset the system. With the light switch procedure, turn the ignition on (engine off), the turn the light switch from OFF to parking lamps three times within five seconds. With the radio technique, turn the ignition on (engine off). With the radio off, hold the DISP button until “SETTINGS” is displayed. Use the SEEK button to scroll down the menu until you see “TIRE MON.” Press the PREV or NEXT buttons until “RESET” is displayed. Then press the DISP button again. You should hear a chime and see “DONE” to indicate the TPMS system has been successfully reset. Use the SEEK button to scroll through the menu until “DONE” is shown, then press DISP once more to exit from the learn mode.
