go to autozone.com. register and enter your car. there are free repair guides available along with wiring diagrams. you might have to search under chassis electrical for wiring diagrams or they could be listed separately

Unfortunately for you ( i had the same problem) The A/C compressor HAS to be in working order on these cars or else all heck breaks out with the climate control.

If it's a nice car, get a new compressor installed. If it's borderline- get rid of the car.

I paid 2200 to Cadillac to fix the A/C and climate control only to have the transmission fail in my '93.

I dumped the car soon thereafter....

make sure you cheak the fuses they should be under the dash by your feet(i have a 1993 deville and the fusebox is by the E-Break) if any look burned either replace them with the EXACT same model (the wrong fuse might cause a fire) if you're not sure have someone else do it

I had same problem with my 89 cad. deville , I changed the BCM and since then no problems and everything works great now for over a year
