I have difficulty filling the vehicle. I have a V6, SE and not terribly mechanical. What is the typical problem which causes this?

This is a common problem and it is caused by a defective filler neck vent valve, when you add gas the valve lets the air out and the gas in, if this valve is not allowing air to vent properly the result is the gas tank is hard to fill.

EVAP System Vent Solenoid
not working and prevents air flow to where it should
go, as it is displaced by the fuel your putting in

A repair shop would be best for you,
as you don't understand the system

What would cause the water to boil in the heater core of a 2002 caravan se with a 3.3

It would boil if the thermostat isn't opening and the water isn't circulating to cool in the radiator. Usually this is caused by an air pocket from an amateur filling the coolant into the vehicle.

Offmy 2000 oldsmobile alero over heats n shuts off

if it's a V6 then you prob have intake gskts/head gskts leaking coolant to cylinder and causing it to hydro lock, filling cylinder with coolant and filling radiator with cylinder pressure causing coolant to blow out of radiator and reduces your cooling of engine.....see a mechanic looking at a big repair bill or engine swap

2003 Chrysler Town & Country po171 code

DTC P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)
Basically this means that an oxygen sensor in bank 1 detected a lean condition (too much oxygen in the exhaust). On V6/V8/V10 engines, Bank 1 is the side of the engine that has cylinder #1.

Note: This DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) is very similar to P0174, and in fact your vehicle may show both codes at the same time.

I would suggest that you take a look at the front oxygen sensor. Typically speaking the oxygen sensor causes this code to appear. Here is the possible cause list from the manual for your car.

Trouble Code: P0171 (2.5L V6 Auto) - Fuel System Lean (Bank 1)

Possible Causes:
Air leaks in intake manifold, exhaust pipes or exhaust manifold
Base engine mechanical problem causing a lean A/F condition
Fuel control Sensor is out of calibration (e.g., ECT, IAT or MAP)
Fuel delivery component fault (clogged filter, low fuel pressure)
O2 element is contaminated, deteriorated or it has failed
Vacuum hose is disconnected, broken, leaking or loose

Hope this helps (remember to rating this answer ans leave us a testimonial comment). Thank you for using FixYa.

2004 Hyundai Sante Fe difficulty starting after fill up bulletin boards indicate that it may be a purge valve do you agree and where is this part located on the vehicle.. Thank You

Yes, the PCSV (Purge Control Solenoid Valve) is usually the cause of difficulty in starting the engine after refueling. The 2004 Santa Fe came with three different engines and this valve is located in different places on each engine (2.4 (4 Cylinder), 2.7 V6 and the 3.5 V6). Go to www.hmaservice.com and register your vehicle by VIN #.. you'll then have access to wiring diagrams, shop & owner manuals, service bulletins, campaigns, illustrations and procedures, etc

Engine strat but after about 15 min it cuts then if i tray to restart it again no succes but after 15 min or mybe more it depends it start again but will stop after a while i have changed the fuel filter...

You should consider the possiblity that the cam sensor is failing. These typically will cause difficulty with running and starting after the vehicle reaches operating temperature.

I dont have idea where air filter is?

Maybe, as on my1999 Saab 9-5 V6 3.0t SE sedan, it's behind the passenger's side front wing, before the wheel...Black plastic cover retained by 4 screws... fast and easy to do, all you need is a torx screwdriver...and to lift the car securely.

Hope it help, even if my english isn't terrible.
