It is under the hood, I cannot remember if it is on the right or left side, but it is clearly marked. There are only 2 large reservoirs under the hood, one is for the engine coolant, and the other is for the washer fluid.

It's under the hood on the left or the right side and should be marked with a symbol on the cap!

How do you check the transmimission oil fluid on my 1998 isuzu rodeo

If you find no dip stick you need to raise it off the ground preferably on a lift and check the side plug on the transaxle, open it locate the level should be slightly dripping out of the hole when opened, that is full.
If its a standard shift use 80 w gear oil, if its automatic use dextronll transmission fluid.
Have fun.

Usually they are located near or part of the power steering reservoir. Look for the cap to fill the power steering with fluid the pump should be underneath.

Where do I put in the transmission fluid for my Isuzu Rodeo '98 -automatic? If you have any pics will be very helpful! Thanks

It has to be pumped in from the bottom. If you see the bottom of the pan you will see a drain plug and a fill plug that is higher up. The truck must be running and at operating temperature.
