Corolla 2006- both driving headlights dont work, dims work. brights work if lever is pulled back, bulbs have been tested .wiring appears to be fine . all other lights, indicators are fine. car is drive

as positioning the lever in certain positions allows the lights to work then the problem will most likely be in the light switch itself. Replace the light switch unit.

Dim lights dont work

If you're sure that both dim side of the bulbs are good.
could be a bad dimmer switch or broke wire.

My daytime running lights dont work and my passenger side light is dim, with high beams it is even dimmer. What could be my problem?

The running lights may be a bad relay or bulbs, if the bulbs are good then check the connections, make sure the socket is not burnt, if you remove the bulb the socket shouldnt have any melted area in it, also take a good look at the ground wire coming off the sockets, a quick test is to connect a wire to a good metal ground and then connect it to ground wire to a bulb socket if light brightings then you know its a bad ground, replace the ground wire or located the bad ground. hope this helps.

Brights work but dims dont changed the bulbs didnt help

You probably installed the wrong bulbs. Although the bulbs you bought may physically fit into place, they may be wired differently. Go to the auto parts store and look up the proper bulbs for your specific vehicle--don't just buy ones on the shelf that look the same. I have a friend who did that and the bulb he got was designed such that they high and low beams were reversed, so he always had one headlight on high and the other on low!

As for your dash lights, and electric locks, check your fuses. If the blue high beam light on your dash comes on, but the headlights don't get bright, your bulbs have burnt out, and need to be replaced. They probably went one at a time, but you didn't notice until the second one went. If the high beam indicator isn't coming on, it's probably your switch.
