You need to have some one retrieve the ECM data and codes, there are allot of things that can cause an engine to over fuel, with out the help of the on-board computer system any thing you do will be just a shot in the dark. without this info. you would be just as will off to just start replacing parts until you get lucky.

P300 code on a 1998 toyota camry LE V-6

I would get a compression test done. The car should still run at idle with a coil or 2 disconnected, perhaps rough but should still run. I don't want to get ahead of myself but I am thinking head gasket issues.

I have a 1995 Camry LE 4cyl. Will not stay running after it warms up after 6 or 7 miles. I have replaced exhaust converter, plugs plug wires, distributer cap, checked for vacuum leaks, checked map sensor,...

it sounds like the coil in the dist. is bad and when you inspect it look and see if there is any white powdery stuff where the wires connect to it inside of dist. and also check to see if the wax on top of the coil is cracked or has any burn spots in it.the coil is a common problem on these cars with a lot of miles on them or age and also if you did not replace the rotor check for any cracks in it. the only other thing that i can think of is the efi temp sensor but i think it is going to be the coil. good luck and i hope this info will help you let me know............

Lots of black corbon on plugs.this is camry 1995 le 4cy.please help.

hi black carbon on the plugs is a sign your engine is running rich for some reason perhaps the air filter is blocked and needs replacing or if its looking clean the coolant temperature sensor isnt working it may have stopped working if the coolant level has dropped so check thats ok as well before replacing the sensor as it wont work properly if its not in water good luck

1995 Jeep Wrangler 2.5 4cyl spits and sputters while driving

if you have an electric fuel pump that would explain the hum. unhook your incoming fuel line and blow the line clear, sounds like you've got some junk in your'll build up on the screen in the tank then fall off (at least partially) when your making turns or hitting bumps or holes. next time it's only got a gallon or so of fuel i'd drop the tank and check the pickup tube inside. sux but that's the only way to get to it. while you've got the tank off and out from under the jeep, might as well clean it out real good and replace anything inside (usually the screen) that doesn't look right, dirty etc. wouldn't hurt to run a bottle of fuel system cleaner in the next full tank of fuel either. preferably as soon as you put your tank back. good luck
