2008 Holden Colorado wont start and no dash lights

Check your ecm fuse, or your main power relay fuses, basically just check all the fuses under the dash and under the hood, if there are a few relays under the hood, you can try and swap the ac relay with the power relay as long as they have the same numbers on them. If all the fuses are good, it is most likely a relay, or the ignition switch itself

98 ford ranger 4cyl 5 speed. When u turn the key to on position I get no warning lights on dash except battery light and seatbelt light. Nothing else.truck wont start. Dont even click.

Check the batter voltage first. If not that check fuse panel under hood for a 100 amp fuse check to see if the fuse is bad or if it has power. Also check fuseable link wire at starter to see if wire is still good. If it is bad, internal short possible on starter, take out and test it. Replace fusible link.

2012 Highlander all 12V power outlets dead; fuse is good and not the issue. Where and how do I check relay? There is NO debris in the outlets

Without an expensive test kit there is no way to properly test a relay. The best way would be to swap out a known working relay.
Now to address your issue, the 12v accessory outlets are not driven by a relay. They are connected via your ignition (similar to the radio or glove box light). Since they are all not working I would say that they possibly share a common ground point and that has been disconnected, or that they share multiple fuses. There could be a fuse under the dash and also a fuse in the engine bay. I would carefully read the owners manual and look for multiple fuse locations.

Where is the TCM fuse located in a 2002 dodge neon, what is it called

it's called the tcm located in the main fuse panel under the hood in the main fuse box. you have several 'main' fuses located in the main fuse and relay box. look on the drivers side fender well under the hood. lift the black box lid off and it will reveal the main relays and fuses you seek. thank you for choosing! i look forward to assisting you in the future!

OK i have a 2001 ford expl. sport trec. a short has happened with my main window controler the switch is ok so i'm thinking its a fuse or relay or something like that but cant find out. all fuses under...

Why do you think it is a short? A short will definitely blow a fuse, unless someone has installed an oversize fuse. Check to see if there is full battery voltage at the switch with a meter. I suggest for this kind of testing that you use a temporary ground wire attached directly to the negative terminal of your battery for your meter's ground. If you have power to the switch, then the problem is either at or after the switch. Also, make sure the ground for the relay and the motor are good.

No power to the fuel pump

well actually there are 2 things that can cause this.. I'll list them both and the fix,,

1.) fuse.. There are 1 / 2 fuses that protect the fuel pump.. The first is the in fuse panel under the hood. Under the fuse panel cover is a diagram showing which fuse is which.. Simply replace that fuse..
the second fuse if any (some vehicles have them) is in the kick panel under the dash board. Just like the fuse box under the hood, the cover has a diagram showing which fuse is which .. simply replace it..

2.) the second most common problem is the relay.. There are 2 locations that the relay will be ,, The first is in the fuse panel under the hood. look at the diagram to determine the fuel pump relay and change it.. The second location id under the dashboard.. Locate the cars computer under the dash,, and you will notice 4 - 5 wires connecting to a relay box,, thats the pump relay,, simply open the box and replace the relay..

Now if both thge above isnt your problem the relay is controlled by the ignition switch (tumbler), now what happens is this trips the relay to tun on the pump,, The switch may be shorting or damaged or the wires fallen off,, replace the switch,, (this is a very rare issue)..

good luck..

Check with Autozone or similar for fusible links and relays. There are boxes of relays under the hood. Auto parts should show it and if not go to dealer and ask parts guys for diagram. They usually will help you at Ford or Mercury.
