There is no way to post a photo on this web site, go to the public library they should have a repair manual, also there is a diagram on the emission sticker above the radiator or on the shock tower, either left or right side depending on year. Another thing no matter who you ask they will need this information:
1. Year of car,
2. Engine, V6,V8 etc.
3. California or Federal emissions equipped.
OK, go to it!!

My 2003 hyundai santa fe had a busted ac hose that we are replacing tomorrow. do we need to use a vacum pump on the system or can we just recharge with r134a with out pulling a vacum?

Answer: NO... you must/need to vaccum the system to remove moisture from the system before you recharge it. Otherwise, you could damage the AC system

Where do the three vacum line go on the egr on a 1985 corvette

You do not need to connect the three vacume hoses to the EGR just find one that has vacume to it upon accelaration with the car running pull a vacume hose off the carburator with a vacume gage or your finger check to see if you got vacume if not accelarate carb if you do connect vacume line to EGR

Engine light on . fault code p0411. air solenoid stuck shut. show

P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected
p0411 is a generic code, probably a vacume leak, vacume hose broken check this first, check the air pump turn on the car but it needs to be cold, you should hear a high pitched whine, this is the air pump running, there are 2 hoses one suction one blowing thishose should be going from the air pump to the air cleaner disconnect that and see what the volume is should be pretty strong.
But mostly you probably have a broken vacume line somewhere

When i turn on heat or ac it runs on the defrost setting but wont shift to the vent or floor until the 4 wheel drive knob gets turned on 1999 f250 I heard this was a common problem is it the switch for 4x4...

you have a vacum leak in the 4x4 engagement system. there is a vacum solenoid on the passenger side next to the battery. should have 3 hoses to it I believe. check those hoses for cracks they go all the way to both front wheels. the ones in the wheel wells are usually messed up. if all hoses are good hook up a hand held vacum pump to each wheel they should hold about 15 hg on the vacum guage if not your wheel hub seals are leaking.

A/C Compressor 1999 Suburban

replace compressor with new and o rings install new evaporator (round thing with two big hoses comeing off) one to compressor one to firewall LOOK IN HOSES FOR FILTER take to shop to install oil and freon after vacumeing system and checking for leaks.sholdn`t be more then 1-2 hundred dollars.watch o rings careful when installing and if they move vacume leak test will show them up. not a biggie.be careful of pressure in system and if there still is pressure in system it should be vacumeized with a recovery machine if pressure is present

Air vents

I was having a similar problem with the vents not redirecting air when selected. I went onto the auto zone wed site and found very helpful schmeatic diagrams for electrical and vacume systems. That lead me to investigate a possible vacume leak. There was a vacume hose broken tucked away by the battery. I repaired the hose with thick wall heat tape and now the vents move normally. The vacume starts on the P/S top of engine runs by the battery into the fore wall. Once in the P/S foot well you will see a purple hose that you can quickly check the vacume pressure. It should be a noticable vacume. If not work your way back to the engine. If you do have a good vacume there then I would suggest going to a auto wreckers and picking up a new heater control module for around $90.00 in stead of the $240.00 fro the dealer. All you need is a phillips screw driver to replace it.
