I have to coil num 7 and 8 0n the ford F150 5.4L are they the last 2 on the driver side thanks

I'm having some problems on my #4 cylinder on my 5.4 triton engine coil pack in my 2003 Ford Expedition. How do I identify which coil is #4?

Where is coil no.5 was told cylinder 5 was misfiring bought coil but not sure which is no. 5

Cylinder # passenger side radiator to firewall, 1-2-3
Cylinder # passenger side radiator to firewall, 4-5-6

Coil numbering
Radiator side, passenger to driver side 5-6-4
Fire wall side, passenger to driver side 1-2-3

V8 or V6

Cyl 1 thru3 or 4 ---front to back --pass side

Cyl 4 thru 6 --or 5 thru 8 in case of V8 --driver side

V6 1-4-2-5-3-6

V8 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

Need 2 know which is the #4 cylynder coil pak on 2000 expediton


Pass. side of engine, last one all the way back. The coil is on top of the spark plug. Each spark plug has it own coil.

it should be the last one on the back on the driver side you can also stop by your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your truck
