I turn the left signal light on and it works fine, I turn the right signal on and the vehicle right blicks, but the left trailer blinks. All brake lights work. What is wrong? Ground connects are good

Who installed the wiring on the vehicle ( dealer, self etc.)
Was trailer wiring pre installed or someone else did it
How old is the trailer?
it seems that there is a bad connection on the vehicles wiring. perhaps wrong part was used or connection from vehicle right turn- to wiring harness is not hooked on properly. Depending on how confortable you feel, test to see if there is proper electrical current flowing to the wiring harness ( right turn, left turn, brakes, headlights) you should be able to detect which area on the harness does not get power when the vehicles right blinker is on. It is not too complicated, just requires deductive reasoning and a tester ( about $5 at Kragens) No harm will come to your vehicle's electrical system by doing this; worst case scenario: you blow a fuse.
If vehicle is working properly, it will be a bad connection on trailer

SemiTrailer Wiring when I turn on my left turn signal all lights blink.

sounds like if its a 2 filiment bulb(1156) one of the filiments is touching the other and back feeding the signal, start by removing all signal bulbs and replace each with a new one as a test, also reground all grounds,if the signal cant find reference ground it will take the next path to find it,if this doesnt work then possibly you have wires in the frame bare and touching

it sounds like either the wires controling the left brake light and turn signal are borken or loose on your truck. or there could be a problem with the ground for the trailer hookup. you should take a volt meter and then have someone put the brake on and test at the hook on the truck side to see if you are getting any voltage there and do the same thing with the turn signal. if you do not have any voltage there you need to trace the wires back up into the truck to find where you do have voltage . you may find a broken wire as you go. How many wires are there in your trailer hook up?

I installed a 4 wire trailer wiring harness on a utility trailer. Now when I try the left or right turn signal, both of the tail lights blink on the trailer. What could the problem be?

You have both signal lights interconnected. Disconnect it, and make sure that the two wires is allocated for each side. Then, connect the two wires to the right signal light of your truck. One for the ground, and the other wire for right signal lightbulb. Then, repeat the process for the left signal light. Use male and female connector, for easy disengagement
of your truck and the trailer.

Left turn signal on trailer

ok tdknutson, I'm not clear on this, does the truck left turn signal stop working when u plug the trailer in, or is it the trailer left turn signal that's not working, or both? When u plugged in the test light did it show u had power to that plug in? Let me know the answer to the above, and in the meantime, check the ground on the turn signal at the trailer. Make sure it's not loose, and tightly connected to the frame (or wire). Also, what type plug in do u have? 4, 6, 7 wire?

Turn signals blink on the wrong side

Your signals don't go through any computer (that is next year, HA,HA), either a connector is hooked up wrong (crossed) to the lights or the wires were worked on and not put back together correctly.
