sometimes the gas gauge wont work right and show more gas than you have. my 94 caravan does the same thing. i suggest putting 5 gal of gas in the tank and see then if it starts. as for the oil... if you low and have been for a while just take it in for an oil change and ask them what they put in.
take the key, put it in the ignition and turn it all the way backwards now turn it all the way forward but not starting it. do this 3 times in arow and on the last turn leavve it in the on possition not starting it. the computer will do an on board diagnose and a code will come up on your oddometer. take the code or codes and goggle them
