When im driving the front right tire sounds like its scrapping against metal could it be a c-v joint

It could be, another scrapping against metal sound can be from the brake pads, hub protector plate touching the rotor bt a c-v joint sound is both metalic n clattering at d same time. Being physically present to hear the sound helps. Have a mechanic look at it to be sure which it is.

When im driving the car moans and moans even louder when i turn the wheel, the faster i drive the louder the sound gets

You should check the power steering fluid level first. However, you said the noise gets louder if you turn the wheel. That sounds like a front hub bearing. To check the front and rear hubs, raise the tires off the ground one at a time. Try to move the tire in & out at the top, sides and bottom. spin the tire if you can. Only a tiny amount of play, if any, is acceptable. If you hear or feel rumbling or roughness when turning the tire, the hub is bad and must be replaced

Sounds like flat tire but not

Have your universal joints and CV joints checked. I had the same problem and the Jeep dealer had it on the lift 4 times before they found it.

Wheel rub at high speeds.

It sounds like a bad bearing on the right side hub. you can check this by raising the front of the car till the tires are off the grond. Grab the tire and try to wiggle it up and down and front to back if there is any play replace the bearing. check both sides
