Im trying to figure out how to remove the factory Bose stereo out of a 94 Camaro. The CD player doesn't work and I was going to take it to a local repair shop but I can't figure out how to remove it. Are there some sort of clips to remove the plastic molding?

either your connectors need cleaning or maybe a break in the wiring. Is there on spot where both wires come together if so check there. If there is any plugs, pull them apart and clean them with contact cleaner
this is the year way before the radio color standards. so get it off the metro forum/ in google i type, "metro forum" no qoutes and see..... yah. or get it off mitchels or alldata dot com. or buy and FSM on fleabay.
GO to your local Walmart store and in the Car stereo dept. You will be looking for a factory to aftermarket wiring adapter FD02B made by Scosche.
This will plug into the factory plugs and then have lead wires of the same or similar colors and a wiring schematic to use. It can also be found online at www.scosche.com/products/productID/226 If you are missing the factory wiring plugs you can also order these online, Walmart doesn't usually carry the factory wiring harness. Great company and line of products. Thanks for your question, Dorrian
I searched quick and couldn't really find anything on a manual eject button. Flip through the manual a little bit and see what it has about the radio. If all else fails and you aren't worried about possibly breaking the stock cd player, some skinny needle nose pliers should reach in far enough to grip the cd and you can pull it out. But there is a good chance you could break the cd player in doing so.
