Passenger windo wont work put

Is the motor actually turning? Can you hear it? If you can, then the glass is probably detached from the base rail. One way to check for that is to drive the motor down to the "window open" position partially, and see if you can open the window by pulling down on it with your palms. If the motor is not running at all then it's either the motor itself, fuse, or the wiring, but you said that you have power going to the motor - did you check right at the motor?
