Yes you can have it repaired, hardware stores carry aluminum tubing and compression couplers, otherwise remove the line and have a professional welder patch the hole it, and yes it is aluminum

How do you bleed or burp air from the engine cooling system on a 2003 mazda mpv

Should be able to just fill it up to full mark and let it run until it is warmed up to operating temp with the cap on. The air should be purged out. Check level again and add fluid as necessary to full mark when hot. If you have air still occurring in the system you may have further problems like head gasket or cracked head

Look at the gas tank filler cap. Make sure the seal in the cap is good. If it is cracked it may be leaking air into the system. Simply replacing the cap usually fixes this problem

My 2004 Mazda MPV AC does not seem to be working it blows air out but not as cold as it should be - any ideas - it seemed cold enough last week

My 2004 MPV was just diagnosed with a corroded aluminum line to the rear cabin air-con unit. It cost me $50 to get the unit leak-checked. Also got a $700 estimate to replace the line.

The air conditioner of my 2001 Mazda MPV isn't working.

I recently had the same problem. It was a cracked radiator. Evidently, this shuts off the AC compressor.
