Question about 2001 Volvo V70
I recommend getting the A/C pressure tested, the you'll find out where the problem is or if the compressor's that's faulty. More often than not it is. Just got mine done by volvo but they charge a fortune for a new one. So I picked up a functional 2nd hand one for a 20th of the cost. You can dismantle the magnetic clutch and put in new shims and I also noticed the pipes on the compressor are forming little rust holes so thought that could be a common fault too. It's tight trying to take the compressor in and out though.
