After performing a full tune-up, plugs,wires,rotor, air filter the van will not start. I Have checked the starter, changed the plugs and wires one at a time. I couldnt figure out how to get the ignition coil off. It sounds like the spark plugs are not firing. You just get the revolution of the engine. And it is also getting gas. I also changed the fuse for the starter. Im lost

If it was firing before you did the tune-up it must have been something you forgot to hook up or put in the wrong spot. pull one of the plug wires off the spark plug and hold it close to something metal and have someone turn the engine over to make sure it is that you have no spark. if it is go back over everything and make sure all wires are on where they are supposed to be and nice and snug. if it worked before you did the work i would find it unlikely that you coil went out..... possible but not probable
Step 1.Remove steering wheel horn cover
step 2.Remove steering wheel retaining nut (disconect airbag if so equipped)
step 3.Using moderate force remove wheel from steering column
step 4.Discard vehicle (donate,push off cliff,leave on train tracks,ect)
step 5.Purchase new vehicle (preferably a non-lemon)
step 6.Swap steering wheel with one from step 3
step 7.Enjoy the feeling of having "fixed" your auto troubles

I actually had to replace my EGR valve and the gasket. I clean the valve well and reused both. I don't think the gasket sealed well enough though. So I went ahead and got a new valve, gasket and changed them. It runs a lot smoother now.
You've already eliminated the spark plug & wireset, distributor cap & rotor. Sounds like your car needs a tune-up, specifically, the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve, and/of the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve.
Components checked/replaced during a tune-up are: air filter motor oil motor oil filter breather filter fuel filter(s) fuel strainer PCV valve EGR valve spark plugs spark plug wires ECM or distributor cap & rotor cabin air filter transmission oil filter transmission oil engine coolant check all vacuum hoses and lines

I would start by getting spark plugs and spark plug wires. And find out (through part store)what the gap is for your plugs.Then i would replace the cap and rotor and check your air filter. If you have over 60,000 miles i would also change the trans.filter and fluid

I would change the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filter, check and change air filter if dirty, check timing, check and top off all fluids, check or change transmission fluid, check brake pads/.shoes and drums/rotors for wear and check tire pressure, check the condition of all belts and hoses and replace as needed, check condition of radiator antifreeze and top off or replace as needed.
Check to see if ALL of your ground wires were reconnected after the rebuild. Check your mass airflow sensor is functioning and is connected properly. Sometimes a simple wiring issue can be the culprit. Perhaps its not getting any air. Be sure all of the connections are clean and solid. Sometimes when removing an engine, wires can be damaged in the process" pulling them apart or corrosion or rust can create problems".A full tune up with new cap, rotor, plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter may help as well. Run a timing light on it to be sure it is set to factory specifications.
