Question about 2000 GMC Sonoma Extended Cab
I had kinda had the same problem only mine was about 45 to 50 mph and when you got on it to pass it would stall out and loose power and either restarted on its own or I had to put it in neutral and then restart it. I found that there is a heat shroud plate attached to the starter and it was shorting out the electrical system. I took it off and now it runs perfect.
