Could be too many things for a rough running engine. This
could be the o2 sensor, air or fuel filter, injectors or even the coil packs.
If there is a CEL blinking on the db, you should diagnose the codes to locate
an exact issue.
IF....... If what you are telling us is correct, then it has to be either a Broker Wire going to that Coil Pack, or a problem with your ECU (Engine Control Unit).
If it turns over but doesn't fire then it can be a faulty coil pack. If the coil pack is faulty it tends not to give current to the plugs. The coil pack is located on the side of the engine. You need to take of the cap where the plugs are attached and once the cap is removed you'll have access to the coil pack. Have it replaced and you'll be good.

On all four cylinder sit on top of engine toward back, follow spark plug wire from top of valve cove to coil pack. On six cylinder engine the ignition coil sit inside the distributor under the cap where the spark plug wires go.
If you have the 2.4, they are in the middle of the head. If you have the 2.7, they are in the middle of the head under the coil packs. If you have the 3.0, you have to remove the intake to get to the ones in the rear.
Your car's computer has sensed a problem with your coil pack. the thing is, it could be your coil pack but it could be that something else is effecting the performance of the coil. Example; Plugs, wires, wiring to the coil pack. Look at the cars maintenance history, it might help in leading you to an answer.
