Make certain front spring height is correct and then set the toe to zero. when this vehicle was manufactured there was a service bulletin which addressed the tire wear issue.

I would like to know what I can check on my 1995 chevy G20 Sport Van that is making it pull to the side when I am driving?

Most likely cause of a car / van pulling to one side is that the wheel tracking is out , or incorrectly inflated tyres. If tracking is out the tyres will wear more on one edge.

I have a 1985 chevy g20 sportvan the tranny is slipping i need a new one it has a tubo 350 in it and i need to know how to tell if it is short or long

What your looking for is the length of the rear tail shaft housing on the transmission. You want to measure the length of the one on your vans transmission. You will need to get under your van and measure from where the drive shaft slides into the back of the transmission to one of the 4 bolts a the front of that housing.

I inherited a G20 gladiator chevy van and cannot figure out how to get the spare tire cover off the back door??? It sounds stupid, I know.

Most likely Gladiator conversion vans disappeared like many of the other conversion van companies. I am not familiar with Gladiator vans, but most of the conversion vans use the same setup. The chrome ring around tire is latched near the bottom, and usually padlocked to keep others from stealing your spare. If that is not the case, try http://www.v-sales.com/repair.htm . They still sell conversion parts and may be able to help you. Hope this helps

Chevy g20 van steering driver replacement problem

Cannister is your steering box...arm is the pitman arm. check to see if there is a thick alignment spline on either the arm or box. This locates the arm in the correct position. If not center the steering wheel(turn all the way to one side and count turns all the way to other side and divide in half for example, three turns from one side to the other side = 1 1/2 turns to center) and put both front wheels straight ahead, then install arm onto box. It is far easier to put it back than it was to remove.
