Question about 2000 Jaguar S-Type
I cannot for the life of me get my S types heater to work.
No matter what setting you try, all I get is cold air!
Exceptionally difficult car to get any technical information on.
No smart answers please like the obvious one," If you can afford a Jag then you can afford to take it to a Jaguar service dealership".
Some of us like to fix their own cars!!!!

Its likely to be the heater contol distributor located in the front of the engine compartment under the right hand (when sitting in the drivers seat) headlights. Its very difficult to get to, it took me around 2 hours to change. Its ideally done on a ramp & cost around £150 (ukp) for the distributor valve block + £30 for proper antifreeze aprox 2 years ago.
