Don't know why you would check the battery.
The fuel filter is under the truck in the fuel line.
Can you raise the engine speed in park or neutral ?

Replace fuel filter

This filter is a famous subject of controversy in Camrys. There is a lot of opinion out there that they not need replacing, being designed as a lifetime component. Certainly the filters located in the fuel tank don't, but the fuel filters in earlier Camrys are located in the engine bay instead, and may possibly be a different matter, opinions vary 50-50.

If of the second type, it is in the engine bay on the left side near the suspension strut tower, and has a metal casing. The banjo union at the top is easy to undo, but the flare fitting at the bottom of the filter is notorious for being difficult to crack undone. You must have a good quality flare nut spanner, correct size, like

http://www.gedoretools.co.uk/double-ended-ring-spanners/1933175-gedore-400-36x41mm-flare-nut-spanner-open-ud-36x41-mm-4010886865811.html

There will be raw fuel spilled, so take care there is no-one smoking, and have a fire extinguisher handy.

We have a 97 chevy lumina that had water in the gas and we need to know where the fuel pump reset button is

There is no reset button for an overload situation on the fuel pump. The only reset is for when the vehicle gets into an accident, which activates on impact. So, I don't think this is what you are looking for. I would suggest looking at the fuse panel, which would be located in the engine compartment and it should be labeled. If this is not your problem, then you probably have a problem with the fuel pump itself or the fuel filter is plugged with water. The fuel filters do not like water, so by purging the gas through the bleeder valve you will be putting all that water into the fuel filter. I would suggest removing the fuel filter and purge the fuel/water at that location. You should replace the filter anyway, so I would remove it and see if the pump still works.

I would also suggest putting a couple of bottles of "Heat" or similar products in the tank, because you will not be able to get everything out.

Good luck....

Where is the in-line fuel filter on a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe located.

I am not familiar with that model, but it dosen't sound like a fuel filter to me .
If it runs good after you get it started, the filter is probably ok,i don't know where it is located on that model, but it sounds like you have already found the problem (low fuel pressure) check for leaks, make sure the lines are on the right places on tank .Whatever is causing low fuel pressure is probably the solution.
hope this helps!

Why is my 1995 3.4 liter 6 cylinder Pontiac firebird less fuel efficient than it was 2 months ago and how do i change the fuel pump

I don't know why its not fuel efficient. But the fuel pump is inside the fuel tank. you should not attempt to replace it yourself, and don't change it on a whim. prove that's its bad, its an expensive guess.

The car starts and runs good but when you put it in gear it cuts off don't know what it is

sounds like engine is starving for fuel. an engine will run on very little fuel at idle, but under any load. it has to get full flow. that is why car stalls out when putting it in gear. check or replace fuel filter if need be. have a good day ! could also be the ( tcc) torque convertor solinoid, but check fuel filter first.

How to Replace a Fuel Filter
(DIY Complexity: Moderate / Time: 1.4 hours)

Parts:
1. Fuel Filter

Tools:
1. 3/8 in. Drive Ratchet
2. Hose Pincher
3. Flare Nut Wrench
4. Flat Head Screwdriver
5. Socket Set

Steps:
Step 1 Open the hood and locate the fuel filter. If the fuel filter is not in the engine compartment, follow the fuel line from the tank until the fuel filter is located.
o Tip: Safety Tip:Always wear safety glasses when working on your vehicle. Wear other personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, for example latex gloves or safety shoes.

Step 2 If the fuel filter has a clear case, inspect the filter element for dirt.

Step 3 If the fuel filter case is not see-through, remove it from the fuel line. Drain the fuel from the filter into a container and inspect the condition of the fuel.
o Tip: Caution: Before removing fuel lines or fuel related parts, make sure that the fuel pressure is relieved from the vehicle fuel system. To relieve the pressure in fuel injected systems, remove the fuel pump fuse and run the engine.

Step 4 Install the new fuel filter making sure that the flow is in the correct direction. The arrow on the fuel filter is the direction of flow from the tank to the engine.

Step 5 Secure the lines back onto the fuel filter. If applicable, reinstall the fuel pump fuse.

Step 6 Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.

Step 7 Test drive the vehicle to check for a rough running engine, hesitation, or lack of power.

Hope help with this.
