2005 KIA Rio belts have been making noise. Now check engine light is on and I get codes p0101, p0101 pending, and p0170 pending?

The belt tensioner is defective. It automatically keeps the belt at the proper tension. P0101 - MAF sensor (mass air flow sensor) or circuit problem. P0107 - MAP sensor (manifold absolute pressure sensor) signal is low.

Code P0171 light on when the car kia rio 2004 work in gas

P0171 is the code for "Fuel System Too Lean." Which means that there is too much air (and too little fuel) in the combustion chamber.

There are quite a few things that could cause this code:
- Faulty fuel delivery system (fuel pump)
- Clogged fuel injectors ($3 fuel injector cleaner might clear it up)
- Faulty fuel injectors
- Leak in intake or exhaust system
- Faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor
- Faulty Throttle Position Sensor

My 2004 kia rio has difficulty accelerating. what could be the problem?

your post is 4 months old.i stared last week. there are 5000 un answered kia's if you still have the problem. do you have a check engine light on yet ? if so take it to an auto parts store that offers free check , write down the code and the meaning. and repost with that info.otherwise its a guessing game. could be mass air flow, knock sensor, throttle positon sensor, temp sensor etc etc.

Mass air flow sensor is out how can i fix the problem without having to replace the mass air flow sensor,or how can I make the car give more horsepower with out damaging my motor

My check engine light came on and the code came back saying that the mass air flow sensor was out. All I did was change the air filter even though I really didn't think it needed it, the light went off and has not come back on yet. Knock on wood!
