We are experiencing the same problem as well with just the front accessory power outlet and can't seem to locate the fuse for the power accessory outlet[s], which is adjacent to the cigarette lighter below the climate control panel.

The rear power accessory outlet operates with no problem, so am assuming.. [yea, I know ..what happens when 'one' assumes.. LOL].. that obviously these two outlets must be fused independently of each other.. but where are these fuses located. I find nothing in the owners manual regards to these outlets.. only some info on page 3-19 with reference to the power outlet's locations, etc.

There're probably in a real simple place too... but we can't find 'em. Would appreciate a little info if anyone is familar with this situation.

    Thanks !!!!

Power outlets suddenly stopped working

Did you check 30 amp power outlet fuse? Also, check the power outlet relay, the fuse won't go hot unless the relay is energized.

2012 Highlander all 12V power outlets dead; fuse is good and not the issue. Where and how do I check relay? There is NO debris in the outlets

Without an expensive test kit there is no way to properly test a relay. The best way would be to swap out a known working relay.
Now to address your issue, the 12v accessory outlets are not driven by a relay. They are connected via your ignition (similar to the radio or glove box light). Since they are all not working I would say that they possibly share a common ground point and that has been disconnected, or that they share multiple fuses. There could be a fuse under the dash and also a fuse in the engine bay. I would carefully read the owners manual and look for multiple fuse locations.

My radio stop working

I would say you did in fact blow a fuse. Fuse number 5 is a 20amp fuse that the lighter and radio get power from. The fuse gets power from an accessory relay which could also have been damaged.
Be sure and check the socket for damage before you try to use it again.

1994 ford explorer both headlights went out all of a sudden changed switch checked fuses no power at bulb socket running lights still work im stuck

Find the headlight relay and swap it with another relay to see if the lights come back on. If they do, replace the relay with a new one.

All but one cigarette lighter in my 2002 toyota sequoia doesn't work. The one by driver works but all of the other ones (passenger, rear, and cargo) just stopped. I think it is a fuse(s) but the owner's...

There is a 15 amp PWR OUTLET fuse, I believe it's in the engine compartment relay box--by the battery. There is also an accessory relay in the circuit. If the fuse isn't burned out, try swapping the relay with the horn relay. Let me know if you have questions.
