I replaced the clutch which required the motor to be removed. After making the repairs and putting everything back together, the car want crank

Make sure that the battery is charged and good. Clean the battery cables. Make sure you have the positive cable connected to the positive red battery cable and the other end to the starter. Make sure negative cable is connected and tight. Check if you can turn the engine over by hand with a socket on the crank shaft that the motor isn't tight. Make sure all wires are connected to proper terminals and connections. If this doesn't help repost and I will try to help with more solutions

01 Mazda 626 I4 not starting after overheat/head gasket replacement

I would almost have to be there in person to advise.
I doubt anything happened to the starter as a result of the engine overheating.
One of the pistons or cylinder walls could have warped when it overheated which would cause a difficult crank, but you should have noticed it when you turned it by hand.
Its possible the timing is off, even possible something broke after you got it all back together.
I would probably start by pulling the plugs and making sure it is not a compression problem. Also try turning the crank by hand to see if the engine is tight.

No this year and model have problems with the motor that drives the blower, check the connector at the blower motor, see if they are burnt looking.

My 1991 nissan pathfinder's wiper motor repair

The cowl panel has to be removed. You will find plastic clips and possibly a few screws holding the panel on. Once you remove the panel you will see the wiper linkage and motor.

Will a toyota motor run if the wires are not connected to alt

No the engine should turn over, and run.You may have a ground off the motor,or the battery has gone down. Also look for a main fuse that is blown, check all fuses,it may even be a max fuse,it is a large fuse in physical size.

3.0L tranny wont properly mount to motor

Did you make sure the torq converter was all the way into the trans. pump? sounds to me it was not, and i hope for your sake you did not break the ears on the pump. Unbolt the trans. unbolt the torqconverter from the flexplate and spin the converter untill it drops back in the pump keep spinning until it drops in a good inch and then you got it.
