Question about Volvo DL
My experience with cars that have been sitting for a long time, is that most of all the fuel goes bad and it turns in to something very thick and heavy, that usually clogs fuel lines and carburettor valves, the ones that open and close with the fuel level inside the carb, the same with fuel injection systems. My suggestion is to make sure that the fuel is new and check if the fuel lines are not clogged, also make sure that the fuel pump is working properly, and that on-off valve inside the carb is opening and closing. I hope this can be of help.
