SOURCE: heater/ac controler dial don't work

The Blower Motor Resistor is a common problem in the style GM vans, its located just to the left of the blower motor, which is under the passenger side of the dash, behind a carpeted panel. Costs about $26 for the part and can be changed in about 15 minutes. Chances are the blower motor is fine, and the switch is usually ok on these!!

Test the dash first. Put key in hold down trip reset botton. Turn the key to on but don't start. Release the trip botton. Should turn on all dash lights & check for codes in the odometer. If getting codes reply back.

My heater does not work, inside of the panel show well, botton up,

I'm not an expert, but I took my 2000 Lincoln Nav to the shop and they told me the issue is that my accuator is not opening properly to allow the heat to go through; therefore, it's overheating. That's why I can feel some heat on the front in the back. All vents, including the rear vent blows strong, but they blow very cold.

Unfortunately, I'm also having an issue with my engine intake manifold or intake gasket being cracked causing anti-freeze to leak out of my tailpipe and smell badly through the vents - even on defrost - so until that's fixed, I'll never have heat.

No hot air from heater, fan works, air conditioner works

Check and see that there is heat in both heater hoses going to and from your heater. It is shows that you are getting a flow through the heater core.
If the hoses are not both hwarm then you may have restricted flow either in the hoses, the control valves or in the core.
I they are both warm then check the following.
I had a cold car that the hoses were reversed on and the hot water was going into the top of the heater core. I solved the problem by reversing the heater hoses to have the hot water going into the core on the botton and returning to the motor thru the top line.
Good Luck
