I HAVE A 1997 Chevy Suburban LS WHEN THE CONTROLS ARE OFF IN THE FRONT I FEEL COOL AIR COMING THROUGH THE VENTS OR EVEN IF I CUT THE HEAT ON I FEE COOL AIR I CHANGE THE THERMOSTAT AND CHECK HEATER COIL WATER IS HOT GOING THROUGH BUT COMING THROUGH THE FRONT VENYTS THE BACK WORKS FINE
