There seems to be a warped disc rotor, they will need to be machined to check/ fix your problem.

I HAVE A 2004 AZTEK AND HAVE VIBRATION WHEN PRESSING GAS PEDAL. WHAT CAUSES THIS?

you don't say where the noise is. that is important to give a clue where the issue is. when stopping on the brakes 3 things happen. you press the pedal and the abs pump starts pumping fluid. the second is the brake capilers start pushing on the rotors to slow the car. the rotors are attached to the wheels and that stops the car. so if the rotors are warped you will feel a vibration in the steering wheel when stepping on the brakes. if its your foot feeling the pump working that is normal for abs pumping. you should feel it and holding the pedal will keep it working and stop you from skidding if everything is working correctly

Steering wheel vibrates when Im stopped at a light

You may have front brake rotors which are slightly warped. The ABS only comes into play under very hard brakeing conditions. Typically you may also feel a slight pulse in the brake pedal as you slow down. That would be my best guess. If you have a vibration when you are stopped, that may be a motor mount issue. Either the front and/or rear mount may be weak. They are designed to isolate small engine vibrations you might feel when the car is at a stand still The motor mounts are designed to isolate small engine vibrations at a stand still at idle as well as limit the amount of travel the engine can make under a load. As a car gets older, the rubber which is what the mounts are made of get harder and often collapse slightly and can cause your condition because they are no longer plyable.Maybe this might shed some light on your problem. Good luck.

Vibration

sounds like the brake rotors are out of round, check for rust and pitting on the face of the rotors, could be front or rear. If the steering wheel is shaking its most likely in the front, if you are feeling it in the seat rear. These trucks are famous for rear brake issues.

What can I do if my car is vibration when I'm

If you can feel the vibration through the brake pedal, like a pulsation, one or more brake rotors are warped. This is a common thing, and easily fixed by either replacing the rotor, or machining it true. There is little difference in the cost, and I'd strongly recommend new rotors as the extra metal helps dissipate braking heat.

If you can feel the vibration mainly elsewhere, like in the steering wheel, it is more likely that a ball joint or steering joint is worn.

If you have no experience in looking for this, take it to a steering and brake shop.

I have a 2004 alero and when I press on the brakes to stop at a red light or stop sign a vibration occurs and it's loud but when I put it in park it stops vibrating. What can I do about this problem?

Sounds like you have warped rotors and or a lose caliper mounting bolt . When you stop do you feel a vibration in the brake peddle or in the steering wheel or both ? IF you feel the pulsation in the brake peddle I would suspect a brake pad / brake rotor problem . Now if you do not feel it in either and the vibration is through the whole car with out the brakes being applied i would think it may be related to and engine/drive line problem (motor mount /trans mount /axle problem)

the vibration you are feeling is from your brake rotors
if you had brakes done and the rotors not cut or replaced .you get vibration
have you brakes checked to see if you need brakes

I have an 04 Honda Odyssey. I feel a mild

If you have vibration in your steering wheel, I would have your CV joints checked out or it might be your front wheel bearings. The vibration coming from those two problems would get a little more intense as your speed increases. Are your tires in good shape? Did it vibrate before you got your brakes done?

Had bad vibration in front end of car when brakes applied, installed new rotors and pads, still have slight vibration when brakes applied.

do u feel the vibration in the steering wheel or in the seat,i bet the most vibration was coming out of the front brakes and a little out of the rear brakes,u might want to change the rear brakes if the vibration is still annoying, also were the front wheels torqued to spec when installed?? if not u might end up with warped front brakes again, hope this helped
