Since the battery is new, you have a bad connection. The wires go to the alternator and the starter. You need to check those wires. Something may be loose. Keep terminals clean and make sure you have a good connection. Check your ignition switch also. The fuse may have blown. You will still need to check the wires. Fuse doesn't explain it not starting. Just a precaution.

My 2004 ACURA MDX WONT START FROM TIME TO TIME I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BATTERY SO I CHANGE IT AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING IT WONT START THEN IT WILL START

If you thought it was the battery, I'm guessing that what you mean is sometimes it will spin the engine and start, while other times it will not spin the engine at all. If this is the problem, I would suspect the starter solenoid, starter or starter relay is failing. The solenoid is most likely.

1998 Acura. Wants to start. Replaced battery 6 months ago. Clicking, lights on dash flashing. Eventually it starts after quite a few tries 130.000 miles. I have never really had any maintenance done tune up...

do a tune up. replace the spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, pcv valve, clean up the throttle body plates, clean the mass air flow sensor that comes from the throttle body to the air filter assembly. Check your positive and negative battery cables. Make sure the cables are clean and tight on the battery and the grounds and also the starter relay on the starter as well.
