Its normally caused by the pedal return spring against the pedal. A light spraying of spray grease or WD40 fixes this. Be careful not to spray too much, and cover the pedal rubber with a rag. wipe of any excess...You can spray the pedal bushes too. Try to use the cannister tube to direct the spray. Hope this helps.
Thrust bearing ,whilst its working ok leave well alone as it will involve removinig the gearbox ,it could run with this noise for years so dont loose sleep over it ,and even if it does break you can still drive the car home with no clutch ,just start it in 1 gear then when speed right it will just slide back into next gear ,trust me here as do you think old ford thames trader trucks had syncros or a two stroke diesel commer ,OOPS showing my age here

I don't own a porsche but the same thing happened to my 87 camry. My clutch wouldn't go down so I forced it and snapped the cable.
SOURCE: Automatic, gear shift noise
sounds like you have either a loose transmission mount. any shop can adjust it in about 10 mins.
SOURCE: my transmission makes noise until I depress my clutch
sounds like the main shaft bearings within the gearbox itself. i would of said the release bearing but u already changed it. the main shaft doesnt spin with the clutch pedal pressed. check for oil leaks and check the oil level in the gearbox.
