The engine timing being faulty would be a very likely reason especially if all the cylinders have no compression. Less likely reasons could be forgetting to install a cylinder head gasket, putting the wrong size valves in the cylinder head, installing new valves without lapping them into the valve seats, loose spark plugs, and piston ring gaps that are lined up instead of staggered.

No not carbon in the solinoid. Has the battery been load tested on a special machine teser? Do that first.

My toyota altis 2004 consumes engine oil, about 1 litre per week?

Whats the milage on it?
you seem to have a serious leak, have you checked if it leaves an oil puddle after you parked overnight, if not, try that next morning.
Is is burning oil, do you see blue smoke come out of the tailpipe, if you do, then you are seriously burning oil, engine is asking for an overhaul...
Good luck...

I had the same problem with my 2002 Altis. I found a solution after a lot of research and reading in the web.

1. Remove the power window motor from the regulator (mechanism).
2. Reconnect the power motor to the electronic controller(switches).
3. Perform "Auto Down" an wait until the motor stops.
4. Put a mark in the motor gear.
5. Perform "Manual Up" slowly until the gears rotates around 6 times but not greater than 10 times.
6. Remove the motor from the electronic controller.
7. Re-assemble whole power window assembly.

Toyota Altis 1.8 E Using oil, and blowing smoke

Either your cylinder rings are failing or your headgasket has broken and is the culprit. One final possibility is that your EGR value is plugged.
