If you keep driving it while it's overheating you can warp the cylinder head and damage the engine. See this post on most common causes of overheating

What do I do if I have replaced the temperature sensor but it is still overheating. When the fan is connected it does not change the seed fast enough.

You are sure the car is overheating and have had it verified? Do not drive this take it to a shop right away, if you do have an overheating condition and you drive it you will soon have a fried $5000.00 engine and that will make the car a boat anchor.

My car has a knocking noise when my car gets warm and looses power whlie driving.Does not have noise at start up only when I drive about 15 km the sound comes.

You say when it "warms up". The symptoms you are stating sound suspiciously like a serious overheating issue. The engine will clack loudly and lose most of its power when the engine becomes extremely overheated.

My car heater works when car is running down the road but blows cold air when idling also car is overheating

Low on coolant? Often the cause of poor heater performance. Also a reason for overheating. Be careful, overheating can lead to expensive repairs, engine wise. I would not be driving the car until the overheating is solved.

Nissan 1999 Maxima is over heating

Most likely not. Pulling the thermostat will get you home, but not a great fix. Is it overheating driving down the road or sitting still? If it is overheating driving down the road, look for a clogged radiator or stuck thermostat. If it overheats sitting still, look for your cooling fans not coming on.
