Can I bypass the vacuum pump on my 1997 chevy blazer 4 wheel drive and put a cable on the other cable to ingage the front wheels

Probably not. These have two different units to lock and unlock 4wd. One locks the front diff, while the other locks the transfer case.

2000 caravan the door locks ingage when in motion how to shut off

when you get in the van lock the doors before you "take off" and that should fix that sound you hear when the doors lock. by locking the doors before you leave, the van will tell itself the doors are locked. i know having to lock the doors every time is a hassle, but this should solve your problem.

A/C clutch not ingaging. No power getting to clutch. Could this be a fuse or do you know it might be? The car is a 1996 Buick LeSabra.

This could be several things. first: could be that the freon has leaked out to the point where it is low enough the unit cant start. second: could be that a pressure switch has it locked out. and third: could be a fuse.
i would start by checking the freon in the system.

My oldsmobile aura wont turn over when u turn it it goes to the lights and then when you try to turn the car on it wont turn its lke its stuck

This could be several things. A common issue for this car is a faulty Pass Key system. It can ingage the Immobilizer feature in your Security device and it locks the relay from the ignition to engage the fuel pump and starter. Can you hear a low elecrtic winding hum when you turn it? I would say take it to a dealer or a good machanic and have a diagnostic ran.
If you want to see if its your Security lock out before a garage try relearning the key to the system
Turn key to ON leave on for at least 10 minuites. If security light flashes or stays on steady it should be relearning the radio sequence needed to start. After 10 minuites ( no less) turn key to off for about 30 seconds and turn to ON position again then again off for 30 seconds. Do this 1 more time and from OFF position attempt to start the engine.
If this doesnt work It could be the "smart chip" in your key or maybe the key you are trying is dirty or damaged. Try a different key that you dont use as often and this may work. Dont use valet key when attempting to get out of Lock out.
If neither of these work then it could be a number of things ranging from Needing a new key and ignition. Or it may be your something entirely outside the Pass Key system.
Again get it to a mechanic for a diagnostic if unsure

If it is your Security and you would be interesting in doing away with problem all together. You can Bypass the security relay system with a Bypass on. They are not full proof and cant just as easy have defects and wear out. They are alot easier to replace and run any where from 200-600 dollars from what Ive seen.I did this with my Aurora about 2 years ago and just very recently had an issue with my Bypass failing.

I hope this want over load and really hope it helps!!!

Transmisson ingages in reverse car won't move

your transmission is slipping when its cold. when it warms up the parts inside expand and take up the slack that's caused by the clutches and bands inside being worn. start by checking the trans. fluid level and condition. if it's low, add fluid. if it's brown or black or sparkly, your transmission is junk and needs to be rebuilt or replaced.
