Question about 2004 Volkswagen New Beetle Convertible
Since the car is still under warranty, I say replace the fuel filter since it's not too expensive, and a good idea to do occasionally anyways. If the shifting problem still exists, they have no excuses for not fixing the transmission under warranty. Now would be a good time to get that done before you go out of warranty.
