Its possible the cd is warped after being left in the player for an extended time or with heat. Try holding both the power and eject buttons down (with key on) to see if there is a forceful eject feature. If that doesnt work, get a strong flashlight shining in the opening and use a credit card to help coax the cd out of the slot while you press eject. Its possible that some double sided tape applied to the end of the credit card may help "grab" the cd as well.

IFf it doesn't come out when you push eject button normally, knock all power off and hold your finger on eject button as you turn power back keep holding the two together for about 10secs

To say the radio head is delicate is something you already found out. You will likely wind up going to a radio installation store and having them remove the head, and perhaps buy a new one.
Trying to fix it yourself most often results in the radio head being ruined.
There are places on the internet that fix radios.
I have used them, and some are good.

Take edge of credit card or drivers license and slide it in CD hole and try to tap edge of stuck CD lightly trying to push it back in and this will usually get cd to eject... Ready now to eject other cd's. I have done this many times. It should help...

it is a brand new car. take it back to the dealer and ask the salesman who sold it to you to read you the page from the manual on the operation of that stereo. ear mark it and have him find you the clock set instructions too.

I know this sounds dumb.... but...there is an eject button on the player... push it

ITS DONE WITH ..TAKE IT OUT AND PUT IN AFTERMARKET UNIT..VERY EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE FACTORY UNIT...
