Where is the fuel filter located on a 2005 Nissan Quest

One way to find it go up to a site that sells Nissan parts. On there if you search for a fuel filter they should have an exploded view schematic showing the fuel filter, and other parts it's connected to.
These schematics are helpful on older vehicles for seeing where parts are located.

I recently purchased a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer. When pumping fuel into the fill spout the gasoline backs up the fill spout causing the pump to kick off. The only way to successfully pump fuel into the...

In many vehicles 2000 and up, auto makers started putting a strainer type filter between the fuel door and fuel tank to help catch large particles before hitting the fuel, which could mess up the pump, sending unit, and clog your fuel filter quickly. It was also added, in my opinion, to help prevent siphoning. So I would try to look and see if that filter is plugged or clogged. Another thing it may be is sometimes at fuel pumps, the pumps themselves pump the fuel too quickly, making the fuel back up on itself.

I need to change a fuel pump and filter in a 1995 ford Aspire 1.3 litre fuel injected 4door hatchback and all I'm looking for is a schematic.

Have you tried one of the aftermarket automotive repair manuals such as Haynes ? ( check spelling ) I find them to be excellent for the do-it-your-selfer.

Hi mate, i got problem, i got honda accord vtec 2001 a/c, so where is fuel filter, and how its looks, cant find, cant see.. i dont understand from that car enything, i know that is fuel filter, becase car...

Fuel Filter Removal & Installation To Remove:
  1. Remove fuel tank.
  2. Remove fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
  3. Remove fuel filter from fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
To Install:
  1. Install fuel filter to fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
  2. Install fuel pump/fuel gauge sending unit.
  3. Install fuel tank.
---
However, I would look at ignition or tune up issues rather than simply a fuel filter.

Find out what the engine problem is by having the engine's computer scanned through the OBD-II port.

Lots of possibilities.

Could have corrosion build up and rust clogging fuel tank pick up. Usually reverse air pressure helps, but would help to remove tank sending unit to see if you can **** out any water or gunk.

Could have vacuum building up in tank. Make sure charcoal canister purge valve is working right, and no hiss when taking off gas cap.

Could be fuel pump. Check pressure and volume, leakage, etc.

Could be filter. If carb, remember there is a small filter in the carb as well.

If fuel injected, may have bad pressure regulator or safety valve in line.
The pressure test results will help.
