Question about Chrysler Sebring
The problem is in the instrument cluster. There is an inverter that switches 12 VDC to 100 VAC to power the fluorescent backlight of the gauges. The inverter is mounted on the back of the gauges, underneath the printed circuit board. You cannot buy this inverter (maybe ebay?), but if you get one from a used cluster, you can replace it.
