Question about 2004 Honda CR-V
I had the problem as I posted earlier today. I got a part from my local Honda dealer. It was part # 35400s5a013 switch assembly and is on the drivers side door column. It took me about 5 minutes to switch it out with a socket wrench. The part cost me $4.77 plus tax but could not get it from Autozone or NAPA. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem, the drivers door switch had broken free from it's mounting. I just unscrewed the outer rubber protector and refit the switch.

Hi All. I had the same difficulty ..No beeper" Took Andy Delacy's advice and removed the rubber boot. Switch was out of its socket. Replaced it and all is well. Thanks Andy.

SOURCE: CRV Reminder beeper not beeping
you should start by checking fuses, switch located on door pillar where door hinges are.sounds like a blown fuse or bad beeper,
