The passanger floor board might have a hole in it causing water to come up through the bottom while driving. Also check the right side door seal. If is coolant and not water you heatercore is bad. thanks
You may just have a leaky windshield. Use a garden hose and see where it is coming from. The windshield loses the seal and you will have to take it to any automotive glass shop will reseal it for you at a low cost.
SOUNDS LIKE THERE IS A LEAK COMING FROM SOMEWHERE! COULD BE A SOFT PLUG ON THE FIREWALL UNDER THE HOOD! IF IT IS REMOVED, WATER WILL ENTER THE CAB THERE! OR POSSSIBLY UNDER THE CAR ON PASSENGER SIDE! IF IT IS UNDERNEATH, THE TRIM, AND CARPET WILL HAVE TO BE RAISED TO REPLACE THE PLUG FROM UNDER THE CARPET!
