When I step on the gas, my car does not want to go. it cuts off

I have an 2002 Chevy Tracker ZR@ (2.5).  When the engine is cold it runs fine, but when the temp comes up after about 5 miles, it occasionally wants to dog down when accelerating.  This started in December and three mechanics haven't been able too pinpoint it.  The service engine soon light comes on the the computer indicates overly rich  fuel mixture.  It seems to be flooding itself out when it gets warm -- but not always.

Any help?  O2 sensor?  Throttle Position sensor?

I have a 2000 chevy tracker after running it for about 5 miles it begins to hestiate and dies. Then, I have to wait about 20 minutes before it actually starts up again. If I try to start it up before it will backfire and the engine just won't turn. So it is obvious that something heats up and I have to wait until it cools off. One mechanic told me that it might be the egr value but that he was not certain that was the cause. I do not know what to do!

My 2001 Buick Regal will only start if press the gas pedal, when I release the gas pedal to step on the brake the engine shuts off. Any Ideas?

Could be a dirty throttle body or a faulty idle air control valve.
The computer controls idle speed by regulating the amount of air entering the intake thru the throttle body.

My Nissan 200sx when I step on the gas it cuts out

The the airflow meter can shut off the car completely, it can also stop the car from reving over 2000rpm "limp mode" to save the engine from getting un-measured amounts of fuel.
